Thanks for the link. Apparently all you have to do is close out
Ad-Aware SE, download the above file, unzip it, and copy and paste the REF
file into the LavaSoft/Ad-Aware SE Personal folder found in Windows
Explorer. You are asked if you want to replace the previous REF file.
Click yes, restart Ad-Aware SE, and the program should be updated. Check
the definitions file date to be sure.

Instead of over-writing the older file I rename it to .old and then move
the new defs.ref over to the A-A SE Personal folder.
