Problems starting windows

Hi all,
I shutdown one of my compuiters normally last night and when I came to turn it on today it wont start and gives me the message that the file"system32/drivers/ntfs.sys" is missing.

The question I have is how can I start the computer soi I can replace this file if it is missing and then start the computer to see what is wrong. I have made a system disc(Floppy) but I cannot see the c: drive when I start the computer...Any help would be much appreciated.

I have the same problem too, couldn't find any help so i decided to reformat my drive and install a fresh copy of my fav os... if you guys out there wants to share some tips on how to solve this problem then me and confused will be glad to...
