sorry for the late response... it's *possible* that it's a false alarm,
there really is very little that can be learned from a file by knowing
only it's filename... my suggestion would be to actually submit a sample
to the anti-malware (anti-virus/anti-spyware/anti-whatever) of your
choice and see if they can create a solution for you...

alternatively, you could submit it to virustotal.com and see if one of
their 32 anti-malware tools can see it (seems you only tried 3), which
may in turn point you towards a product that can actually do something
    for you right now...

a third option might be to go the route of hijack-this (ensuring that
you post the log to a forum that actually accepts hijack-this logs -
it's generally frowned upon in usenet but download sites often have long
lists of forums that will help you with such logs)...

i wonder, though... you've said you googled for it and i think i've
found some of the same sites you did... did the manual removal
instructions not work? are you certain you followed them exactly (ie.
were there parts you glossed over because you weren't sure what they
meant? that can often lead to problems)?...

This site offers an analysis of the log file generated by the HiJackThis
    program:-

    http://www.hijackthis.de/

    and from here:-

    http://malektips.com/hijackthis_0006.html

I have read (somewhere) that the results are for ~~guidance only ~~ and
should be treated with a bit of caution.
