Something's wrong, please Help!

Hi,

Over the last two months I have had a few problems with my laptop and yesterday even the dvd burner didn't work so I decided to clean it once for all. I have attached the 3 logs that you recommend .

Sorry, but I am at a disadvantage here, much of the logs are in Spanish and I don't speak Spanish. The AVG log shows nothing but cookies, which appear to have been cleaned. The Kaspersky log shows two files which are suspicous
One of which is in your System Restore here;
D:\System Volume Information\_restore{0A5B847F-FF2A-4F96-BE4E-D232D9A2DF26}\RP203\A0028613.exe Suspicious: Packed.Win32.PePatch.dk

and this one

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmdow.exe Infected: not-a-virus:RiskTool.Win32.HideWindows
which is actually described as Riskware, not necessarily malware.

Your HJT log really doesn't show anything I would call suspicious.
Give us some info on the computer itself...hard drive size, how much RAM is installed? How much FREE space is remaining on the computer? Have you run all updates...both hardware and software? Have you checked for new drivers lately?

I don't see a firewall on the system.
