That is what I thought too. The user did say that there were some updates that were downloaded from SBC/AT&T yahoo. I am wondering if that is causing all the trouble. But, I thought that all that was removed. I will have to look. Also, would it be wise to uninstall and reinstall Norton? Maybe there is something that is corrupted??
