First of all I must stress...HiJackThis is NOT a fixer program. It is a program used to scan the computer AFTER all other clean up has been done and to give a snapshot of items which do need fixing or removing. There are some items which cannot be removed using HiJackThis...some can of course like ActiveX entries and some browser helper objects...if they do not indicate infections. Your "unfixable item" is located in services. This is where the fix must be made.
Do the following;
1. Click the Start Button, key in services.msc and hit Enter.
The services list will then open. Scroll down to Symantec Lic NetConnect service (CLTNetCnService)
2. To stop and disable a service, just right click on a service and select Properties.
3. Then, in the properties box change the Startup type to Disabled and hit OK. The next time that you restart your computer the service will no longer be able to start.

Next thing you need to do is do a file search on the computer for all files named Symantec and Norton. Delete all that you find.
Reboot.
Run another HJT scan and hopefully your entry will not be showing there.
