I see you are running Teatimer.
I suggest you to disable it because it can interfere with the changes you'll make on your system.
If teatimer gives you a warning afterwards that some changes were made, allow this instead of blocking it.

How to disable TeaTimer during HijackThis Cleanup

How are you connected to the internet? I see references to PeoplePC, is this your provider? You say you are having problems staying online, are you on dial-up?

You need to run the steps here
including the online scans and allow them to fix whatever is found. One I want you to run is the Kaspersky scan. This one will NOT allow fixes but will produce a log that we can take a look at for possible infections.
Please run all the steps in the sticky above, including the AVG Anti-spy scan and allow it to fix whatever it finds also.
You also need to go to Add/Remove and uninstall the program johnqtv1 Community Toolbarit may not be listed there but do look for it and if it is there Uninstall it. If you cannot find it there then go to C:\Program Files\johnqtv1\ and remove that johnqtv1 file, this is definitely spyware.
Once you have completed all the steps in the sticky then please scan the computer with HiJackThis and post the new log. Please don't use the Deckard Scanner unless requested to do so.

Thanks for your reply. I ran the scans as outlined in the reply and have attached all to this reply. Hope I attached them properly. I attempted to get rid of johnnyqtv as requested but got a response that it was not permitted. If I need to redo any attachments let me know.

You attached the HJT log here is an executable file (.exe file)....it must be a text file.

Try to reboot to safe mode and remove that johnqtv1 program. It is definitely malware

Run HJT. Log will appear in notebook. Go to top, File, Save as....txt file. Save it to the desktop. Do the same with Kaspersky. Then come here, do a new reply, scroll down choose manage attachments and attach each log.

Was this Kaspersky scan the online scan found here
I have not seen a Kaspersky online scan log which looks like this one...did you purchase the program or something? That is not what is noted in the sticky. Online scan is what is requested and it states very clearly that it will not fix anything but will generate a full log.

I am questioning this because of several things noted one of them being....
    Protection of your computer started.
Please restart your computer to complete the installation of new or updated protection
    And this....
    Protection of your computer started.
    And this....
System is running in safe mode. Some protection components are disabled
The online scan cannot be run in Safe Mode.

I'm not sure what to think. Prior to logging in at this website I had not heard of Kaspersky. I followed the links on this site and then the prompts to download and install the 30 day trial version. The first scan I did was in Safe Mode, then I did one in normal, had problems with attaching to the forum reply so attempted another scan in Safe mode and got an error message saying I could not do it in Safe Mode. I have uninstalled Kaspersky program and then downloaded and installed it. I am currently doing a scan in Normal Mode, I will post the results when it is complete. Sorry for the confusion.

NO, the problem is not your fault. Evidently Kaspersky has removed their online scanner. I am truly sorry, I was not aware of this. This definitely is a recent change.
