Hello all,
I have a computer infected with spyware and Malware and need some help getting rid of it. I was hoping that someone here might be able to help. I have been reading through the other threads and have completed the steps outlined by PhilliePhan at http://forum.networks.com/showthread.php?t=49
After completing these steps I am still haveing the same issues with several popups that attemp to rediect you to several websites. In addtion once this infection happened my complete has become extremly slow. I will attach below two scan reports generated during the steps outlined in the above mentioned thread. One is the Kaspersky online scan performed during the steps and the other is the htj scan performed after rebooting back into normal windows. Anohter note...the scans produced by ACG Anti-Spyware and Windows Defender programs found 9 to 11 instances of spyware or malware and either quarantined it (AVG) or removed it (Defender) however all the same popups and issues were still present after the reboot to normal windows.
