    Generic NIC Driver

I have a Motherboard with an integrated NIC card. I can not from visual inspection of the board determine who made it. I need a generic driver for the nic card to at least try to get it on the internet.

Can anyone help with a plain Jane generic driver that I can download and try to install.

We need to know the operating system.
You may be able to get some info by scanning the system with the Belarc Advisor.
The Belarc Advisor builds a detailed profile of your installed software and hardware, missing Microsoft hotfixes, anti-virus status, CIS (Center for Internet Security) benchmarks, and displays the results in your Web browser.
Works with all operating systems from 98 to Vista

Just in case Belarc was not able to identify, use Unknown Devices.

This is an excellent freeware to identify installed hardware that Windows can not.
