What problems are you having? A scan with HJT is the last check one should use, NOT the first. If you are having problems then you should begin with all the steps here
I see no CWS variant. I see a lot of things running that do not need to be running all the time and can slow the computer. I also see 40+ items set to start when the computer starts...boot time must be unbelievably long. Entirely too many starting which can be started manually.

Once you have completed all of those then post back with an explanation of the problems you are having and also all the logs noted in that link plus a NEW HJT scan log. We can then better tell what we might be looking for.
