SpyEraser seems to have mixed opinions, depending on the site you visit to
read about it. I don't have any personal experience with the program.

I have seen unrar.dll before, and it's not malicious by itself. It's a
generic library for unpacking archives. Different versions of it do exist,
but I can't say for sure based on filename alone that the unrar.dll you
have is one of the ones I've seen. I'd suggest you submit it to
http://scanner.virus.org or http://www.virustotal.com
