I noticed SAS had not updated for a few days. Eventually decided maybe
everyone is not on vacation and looked for a reason. I found changed
firewall settings (strange - not altered for cat's ages). During the 'no
new update' period, each update attempt SAS reported database definitions
were up-to-date rather than a more useful message like 'no network
connection available'.
