Some programs running at start which aren't necessary but other than that....
What problems are you having? Remember HJT is used to see problems like viruses, spyware, trojans, etc., not for general clean up. That really isn't what it looks for or even sees.
If you are having major problems since this is a new computer you should visit the manufacturers web site or talk to their tech people.
