Until you provide proof of your claim that Dust is producing virus code
    you won't.

Where is the proof that it's maware?

Still unable to provide the proof because you don't really know, not at
all, you've show everyone that you don't have the skill to prove that
    Dust is producing malware....

No, you've quoted something that was not reported as what you say.

Prove that the "Signature" makes it malicious - you specifically said
"malware trojan" - prove that the snippet of code makes his code a
    trojan and/or malware.

I've yet to see anything from you that indicates you can even read code
    - I certainly expect you to keep running from the claim you made - so,
either prove it was malware or continue to look like a little troll
coward that got exposed as another liar.

Read the above, it applies directly to you. You've NOT SHOWN THE CODE HE
PRODUCES TO HE MALICIOUS. I'm still waiting for you to support your
claim and you've diverted from it with every post sonny, so post the
code that has the trojan or you will be seen as a liar for a long time.

No, I wasn't aware of that. Unless it comes up quickly with suitable
search keywords I don't fancy trawling around for it.

I believe his field is network management and firewalls, on which he
gives advice. As for binary analysis, malware, your role in ACV or
    Dustin's history, perhaps not.

Accepted (the apology, that is). 4Q's fight is with Dustin Cook, a
reformed virus writer. 4Q doesn't believe (in reality or for the sake
of performance art) that Cook has put aside his malicious tendencies.
Those two go back a long way.

That's funny coming from someone who thinks "George Orwell", a nym

Yep, I had 4Q in my KF for a long time and purged it a couple days ago,
that's when I saw his claim that Dust was creating malware again...

I asked him to prove it and he snipped something you wrote and pasted it
here and made the claim it was proof that Dust was writing a trojan...

So far, 4Q has only been able to prove he knows how to type, not to code
and certainly not that Dust is doing bad....

He originally posted a link to a post where I implicitly questioned
the use of an executable obfuscation technique. I showed that did not
prevent me from analysing the binary.

I was interested in why Dustin had used this trick of malware writers.
That is to say, not just the exe-packing alone but the additional
obfuscation to hide the packer. Subsequent exchanges revealed why; it
appears that old habits die hard. I guess 4Q views this as proof
enough that there is mischief afoot, maybe not now but perhaps at some
future date. However, I don't hold that view.
