Millions of others are using it, so the answer is still some sort of
    incorrect setting on your computer.

Do you know of any computer gurus near to you who could stop by and help
you with the setup? Remember, the settings are going to be the same as
you have used in Outlook Express.

no i don't have any whiz kids near by don't even know any, when i need
help i come to these forums and for the main i get help but no so with
    this issue.

i have the right settings, i ahve even tried chnaging some a little
but t/b just won't set up so i will be patient for a few more days now
ans see if their advertised help site is any help then i uninstall it.

have is a couple anti-spam programs and and anti-virus program which
don't interfere with any other programs.
