Hi I'm new to the forum so please can someone help me with my problem. This thing so called "netsh.exe. unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found, re-installing the application may fix this."
This keep on poping up on my screen just right after I started my computer and for some reason my system can't connect to the Internet for one whole day. However, I did a "system restore" to 2 days earlier and I can access to the internet now, but it's poping up again. Please someone help me.. your help is greatly appreciated.
