as it said on top it was clean. It does not look "clean"....
I have no idea what you are referring to when you say it does not look clean...IT IS.
Absolutely nothing is showing in any of your logs that would tell me there is an infection on the machine.
The items showing as locked are perfectly normal. Many, if not most are system files and are in use at the time of the scan and therefore cannot be scanned. No AV is able to scan all files, some are locked by Windows and this is PERFECTLY normal. You CANNOT unlock them...you don't want to unlock them. They are locked for a reason and should be left alone.

You are also still running TeaTimer all the time...totally unnecessary part of this program.
iPOD service is running at start up also, totally unnecessary. MSN Messenger is running in the background also.

I just don't see any virus, trojan at all on the system, in any of the scans.

I don't see an anti-virus program on the machine OR a firewall. You must have both.
You WILL end up with them on the system if you don't install an anti-virus program and a firewall. If you don't want to install a firewall then use the built in Windows Firewall.

When you say the computer is slow....WHEN is it slow? All the time, when online...when? How are you connected to the internet?
Have you defragged the computer lately? Fragmented files will definitely slow a system down.
I see nothing that would indicate infection.
