Right Click Start, Choose Properties, Then choose the Advanced Tab. Check to see that there IS a dot in Control Panel Display as a Link.

Your HJT log still shows signs of Trojans. You say you have scanned with your Anti-virus program and with AdAware...where are the logs from the scans requested in the link given you?
Namely a Kaspersky log and a scan and cleaning with AVG Anti-spy? You have to do ALL the steps not just the ones you choose to do. While AdAware is an ok program that was not one of those noted in the link.
I ask you to go back to the link given, do ALL the steps requested and then post back here with ALL the logs requested.
Also, it does not appear that you are using a firewall, this is a must. If you don't have one then at least use the built in Windows firewall.
