Error message relative to Outlook Express

When I go to a web site and find an article I want to email to someone, I click on the button, "Email this article".

I get an error message saying "Cannot send email. Email client not properly installed."

I have been using OE for several years in the XP Pro environment and do not have any problems sending or receiving emails in OE.

Any ideas?

From what I've read on other sites regarding similar issues with the mail program, it looks like you need to set outlook express as the default email application from the control panel, or from the browsers tool menu.

From the browser tool menu select "internet options"
then click on the "programs" tab,
Then select Outlook Express, click on OK, that should do it.

You may have to close the browser and open it again for the changes to take effect.
