Thread: Outlook printout format

    Outlook printout format

Is there a way to change the print-out options for Outlook 2003 so that portions of an email can be selected and printed without printing all the useless headers and ads--similar to how Outlook Express works? I can't even set printer properties without going back to the basic settings window and then I have to switch them back again afterwards so I don't waste a lot of colored ink and just print them in black or in a draft mode.

My Outlook Express doesn't work this way, I have no options NOT to print the headers or to print only portions on a mail, also called Frames, this option is greyed out so that I cannot use it or change it. All searches I have done concerning doing this with Outlook Express says that this is not available even though it shows in the print options. The only way I have ever done this is to copy/paste the portion of mail I wish to print and put it in WordPad and print from there. I would assume this could be done with Outlook also.
