You are running two anti-virus programs, AVG and Avast. This is an absolute no-no. Running two anti-virus programs OR two firewalls on one computer causes major problems, neither work properly and actually lessen the protection. UNINSTALL one of them completely before continuing. Your choice as to which one, both are good programs.

Your log is showing downloader trojans running on the system. You wil need to do ALL the steps in READ ME Before Posting A Request For Assistance!
Do them exactly as given. Post all logs requested. You have items disabled via msconfig, go in there and choose normal start. Stop the file sharing, as this is probably how you were infected in the first place. Continuing to do this during clean up will cause more problems and possibly stop from being able to remove these trojans. Turn off that BitTorrent program for the duration of these fixes. It is auto starting and is totally unnecessary. What you do after the clean up is your own choice but if you want help to clean the computer then this will have to stop for now.
