quesion about my hardware

I have a dell 8200 that have some peices in it that are not original and was wondering what my limiting factor is if any. Basically I want to know if I can upgrade any of my hardware and actually benifit from the upgrade. My system stats are as follows:

cpu: 2.0ghtz (P4), bus speed 100, rated bus 400
Ram: 1028
Video Card: 256 7800gs

not sure what else i can put here if there is anything else just let me know what it is and where i can find that information.

What I really want to know is if i upgrade my ram will it actually make a difference with my processor being only 2.0 and am I getting the benifit of my video card ram or am I over killing.

you can probably upgrade the ram to 2 gigs, the cpu your gonna be limited i think to 2.6 GHz, that was the fastest 100mhz bus p4 they made i think
