Whew! Well you have multiple trojans, at least one worm on the system.
You did nothing wrong with the combofix except use it without being told to do so. DON'T use it. Right now there seem to be some problems with it.
You are not using a firewall and that would be one reason for this invasion.
You are going to have to begin again....
Do ALL the steps here
Do them EXACTLY as instructed. Paying close attention to the section which request booting to safe mode and also disconnecting from the internet.
You should do a mimimum of two of the online antivirus scans...Kaspersky is one for sure. It will not fix but will produce a log that we need to see. Do at least one, preferably more than one of the others listed and let them FIX anything found.
Then follow the other instructions, especially the AVG Anti-spy scan AND clean...be sure to let it clean. Save the log.
Post back here with the AVG Anti-spy log, the Kaspersky log and a NEW HJT log.
