Adding to the Context Menu

I just got a new computer, after my old motherboard fried. On the right-click context menu, I used to have the options "move to" and "copy to", which made moving or copying to a particular location very easy. However, I can't remember how I got it there. I've installed XP Power Toys and Tweak UI for XP, but still nothing. Can anyone enlighten me as to how to add these options?
