    Round three; heatsink goo

    This is how it shouldn't look!!!!!! I can't get this sucker to lay down....

    Nasty, that 2nd one specially, since a big area does not even have any lol, direct metal contact = not so good.

    The first pic shows where the heatsink didn't contact the cpu= no as5 transfered to the heatsink.. The heatsink was touching the cpu heat spreader at the very edges and left a big percent of the heatspreader un-touched. The second pic shows where the as5 on the heatspreader of the cpu was untouched, there wasn't any bare metal, it just didn't touch the goo! Get ready for round 4!
