You will need to post that log here. We cannot advise unless we can see it and bear in mind, HiJackThis is NOT a fixer program, it is a scanner which will then at least give you a clue on where to begin.
Please post back with that log...copy/paste it or attach as a text file...and also give us information on exactly what problems you are having and tell us about the computer itself.
