wow, look at all those people realy interested in commenting on how much of an "explitive" that guy is; Why not just say, ok to make that work, you need to scrub the exhaust of Co, run it through an intercooler, inject nitrous oxide to overcome the lack of oxygen in the exhaust that you want to recirculate, and add a couple huge waste gates to prevent the engine from creating too much back pressure and acting like an exhaust brake... you would have to carry your own catalytic atmosphere generator "contact nasa if you ever figure that out" I'm sure they will set you up for LIFE.....
