Windows Defender

I have run Windows Defender forever it seems but I have yet to see Defender
quarantine anything. Am I doing something wrong? The "No unwanted or
harmful programs detected" message is what comes up everyday after a scan.
Is this typical?

Yea, that is typical if your system is clean. If it isn't clean then you
are doing something wrong and should be worried. Be glad it says it is
clean.
