    Different programs, different authors, so difference in opinion on how
    "bad" a cookie's domain must be in the eyes of that author before
    considering to classify it as spyware (which is an incorrect
    classification, anyway).

    It's just like using hosts files from various sources. These files
    are differently sized because the author(s) of those lists have
    different criteria as to how bad something must be before considering
    it bad enough to include in their list.

    Since cookies are not spyware, expect a lots of variation as to which
    ones are considered "bad", if at all. If 2 people were hosting shows
    on the top 10 best dressed stars, you get different opinions as to
    what is best dress and who qualifies as a star.
