blocking specific popup

I am trying to stop a pop for http://www.megavideo.com from loading. I use
megaupload.com a lot and it seems there video site is the only pop up I get
on the internet. Is there a way to block this specific address from popping
up?

Add megavideo.com to your HOSTS file.
