OK guys. I have an Alltell wireless card, and I want to share my internet connection. I have a linksys wireless router.Can I have my computer connected to the router with a network cable, and share my connection through it. I'm asking because I've tried, and have had no luck as of yet.

This should theoretically be possible using ICS (internet connection sharing). I couldn't give you the foggiest idea on setting it up, but that would be the way to do it.

with ICS all you need to do is enable it on the PC with the attel card..
and then make sure that PC one can see PC 2 over the network
