Need some help please

I did. I switched to firefox also. Here is my new log. Is there anything I can get rid of? By the way I can't seem to get rid of the ARES file effectively. When removing it via hijackthis, it just returns. Manually deleting the file makes it continuously show up on hijackthis as missing file.

If you are trying to actually UNINSTALL Ares then you have to do that via Add/Remove first. If it is not listed there then do a manual search for the Ares Folder in C:\Program Files\Ares\ and look for an uninstall option there. If you are just wanting to stop it auto starting as a service with each reboot then go to Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services. When Services opens then locate Ares there, double click on it, choose Stop and then reset the Start up to either Manual or Disabled. You can do the same thing in Services for iPod Service.
In your program auto starts you should turn off QuickTime Tasks.
