Spyware removed?

[tapyeno]

had spyware on my computer and installed Windows destroyer, Spybot,
Suprtantispyware and Spyware Buster.
I am no longer getting advertising 'pop ups' or warning messages,
however i do get a blank screen keep coming up with nothing on it -
just ""Windows Internet £xplorer" in the blue bit at the top!
Does not seem right to me.
Any suggestions as to how I can get rid of/ stop this?

Did that entail visiting a PORNO site or downloading pirated code or
having some unethical hack passed via email with a password so that it
can't be scanned by antivirus software?
