how can i find log of flashget?

i have big problem, one of my downlading acc is not working and the host server mail me -

We need to see the log from your download manager to assist you further.

i am using flashget , plzz guide me how can i give them my flashget's log

~ Does Flashget even generate a log file? > Start by looking at the program installation folder and its subfolders.
~ Does Flashget even work with that site (some sites do not support 3rd part download managers)?

If you can't get the answers to any of the above questions, I would uninstall Flashget and then try downloading from the same site to see if it worked or not. This way you can narrow it down quite a bit.
