1. Open your browser
2. Try typing one of the IP addresses he mentioned which hopefully will open your modem's diagnostic screen.
3. Check the values for the settings he mentioned to see if everything looks OK in that section cause if there is a problem with any of the settings, there is not much you can do but to contact your ISP!





4. If they look fine or fine-ish then proceed with what Jholland suggested.
