I recommend contacting your ISP and asking them if there are any outages or signal issues in your area... I'm not your ISP's tech support, but there's a page on your cable modem 192.168.100.1? or 192.168.1.1? it will list your modem status, and signal quality; you want to see snr of 36DB downstream power between -15 and +15; I like to see it right between -1 and +6 and upstream power around 38-42, any upstream power levels above 42 and poor signal to noise like 20-25 signal to noise you're looking at a line signal issue or a provisioning issue and need your ISP's help..
