    Ok, just looking quickly, I will do further research, but this seems to have been your problem which was deleted by combofix.
    C:\Documents and Settings\Mest\Application Data\inst.exe
    This is identified as Trojan.W32.RealSearch

    Not sure what this came onto the computer with but you should look at anything you downloaded and installed just before this problem began, if you can figure out what it was then uninstall it.

    Also, your Kaspersky scan was not done on the full computer. Please re-scan My Computer with Kaspersky and attach the log as a text file.
