C:\DOCUME~1\user\LOCALS~1\Temp\JAGV.exe

I found this today, it was trying to load as a service, I could see it with
MSconfig but not with the other startup tools like Autoruns for XP.
I have searched the drives for the file but it is not found, the service was
stopped and when I tried to start it, the file was not found, I Googled it
but no luck.
standard scans with Spybot and the like, even rootkit detection, nothing.
any ideas?
