You can't. They are reading Usenet, and harvesting FROM: addresses and
adding them to their databases. Your posts are stored on hundreds
(thousands?) of Usenet servers all around the planet.

Please post the full URL to one or two of these sites that give you this
problem. And not pages one needs to "log in" to see.

Well, that is a given. Such a range would even block my news server, and
two of my own web sites.

Not sure I follow... is this extra time taken because you are taking
time to sniff all inbound/outbound traffic, or because the browser(s) is
slow?
