Equifax Security is the certificate one can find in Option > Content >
    Certificates

Added as 127.0.0.1 login.yahoo.akadns.net in host file
I do not want to block yahoo the only concerning is "akadns.net" ?

The problem is I am visiting regular site and than get spam email.
Plus visiting a secure site is tracked.
On observing, the sites mentioned above like akamai.net or 122.2o7.net
    are the most online.
Thus do not want spam email plus do not want akamai.net or 122.2o7.net
    to do marketing
track. Either these websites or tracker prompt user to either allow
    or disallow them for tracking.

    Options of .. your browser?

akadns.net is a domain owned by akamai. The name more or less implies
the serving of .. well .. DNS. Perhaps you should not block it.

A yahoo site? Are you saying that you visit the yahoo site, then
immediately receive an email? You've lost me. If "regular site" does
not mean a yahoo site, name it.

What is the subject and content of one of these emails?

They track you by using cookies. Block their cookies by using your

    beuregard,

I have recently seen, that whenever Internet Explorer is started, it
is sending packets to akamai.net to below host site address for
establishing connection which is now blocked.

    a1733.g.akamai, a1935.gc.akamai.net, a1981.g.akamai.net

and have also blocked all IP ranging from 209.170.0.0 to
    255.255.255.255

Certificates are added in Internet Explorer it is not in host file.

Whenever I visit yahoo.com for email or to do a search. After couple
    of days
receive unwanted email either related to marketing or some funny stuff
    never
    subscribed to.

In the past never had received junk email, now it is a lot.

Do you see this same behavior when you use a different browser?

That is quite a range. 209.170.0.0 does not seem to be traceable, nor
show up as currently "owned" by anyone, according to Sam Spade.

Again, post the headers of one of these emails, to see where it came
    from.

In the past, you hadn't posted your valid email address in Usenet, where
it is now harvested by spambots, who are now apparently sending you
    spam. From: capnat <captain_2010@yahoo.com>

I think you are being too paranoid.

    how to block such spambots.

Recently, just did not access anything on I. Explorer, still it hops
on below sites than either it goes on the site like monster, yahoo.
And on blocking the below sites ranging from 207.61.0.0 /
255.255.255.255, not able to access sites.

Below is added in host file now.
    127.0.0.1 a1733.g.akamai
    127.0.0.1 a1935.gc.akamai.net #new
    127.0.0.1 a1981.g.akamai.net #new
    127.0.0.1 a248.e.akamai.net
    127.0.0.1 a288.g.akamai.net #new
    127.0.0.1 a363.x.akamai.net
    127.0.0.1 a88.g.akamai.net
    127.0.0.1 a9.g.akamai.net
    127.0.0.1 a94.g.akamai
    127.0.0.1 a943.g.akamai.net

I am upset because it takes hours to do 10 minutes work on internet.

Ok, so then you probably aren't hijacked. (Probably, but not
    absolutely.)

You can't. They are reading Usenet, and harvesting FROM: addresses and
adding them to their databases. Your posts are stored on hundreds
(thousands?) of Usenet servers all around the planet.

    > Recently, just did not access anything on I. Explorer, still it hops

Please post the full URL to one or two of these sites that give you this
problem. And not pages one needs to "log in" to see.

    > And on blocking the below sites ranging from 207.61.0.0 /

Well, that is a given. Such a range would even block my news server, and
two of my own web sites.

    > I am upset because it takes hours to do 10 minutes work on internet.

Not sure I follow... is this extra time taken because you are taking
time to sniff all inbound/outbound traffic, or because the browser(s) is
    slow?
