I do not want to block yahoo the only concerning is "akadns.net" ?

The problem is I am visiting regular site and than get spam email.
Plus visiting a secure site is tracked.
On observing, the sites mentioned above like akamai.net or 122.2o7.net
are the most online.
Thus do not want spam email plus do not want akamai.net or 122.2o7.net
to do marketing
track. Either these websites or tracker prompt user to either allow
or disallow them for tracking.
