I've used both.

I ran SSweeper5 for some months but got concerned because its regular
sweeps invariably failed to find ANY threats.

When I ran SWDoctor on my PC for the first time it found dozens of
threats (most minor though a few were significant), the removal of
which appeared to fix some longstanding (though relatively minor)
broken features.

SWDr seems very aggressive, and in at least one case its fixes caused
a significant problem on one of my PCs.
