    What they will probably do is try and help you diagnose the
    problem(s).

    It's freeware, so I don't know if you will find any reviews of it -vs-
    paidware.

    IMHO, you should work with customer service via telephone and get Spy
    Sweeper working.

    BTW, I use Sunbelts free firewall. It says "pay", but that is for
    features that you don't need after the 30 day trial is over...IMO.

    Also, there is a trail version of Pest Patrol (which I get for free
    with my ISP- Road Runner) but Spy Sweeper is much better (remember the
    toolbar story I told)
