If you read the review, we basically scored the same on malware
removal (what we do) as the top programs - we got dinged because we
didn't detect or remove keyloggers, which we had informed Neil before
he did the review. Neil also didn't mention that we have a Free
Edition that detects and removes the same as the top programs.

No single product can catch everything on a given day, that's the
bottom line. We often detect and remove spyware/malware that the
other's miss, that's why we have millions of users.
