absolutely nothing to do with the problem I had asked about.
Besides, I did break one of my main rules this time. I bought before
trying it out. I was suckered-in by Webroot's longstanding presence

In reference to professional tests performed and results posted about
Webroot Spysweeper Support: ..... (brief clip):
Spy Sweeper Reviewer's Comments

Help/Support:
Webroot supports Spy Sweeper through embedded help, online FAQs and
email support. Unlike many software providers, Webroot provides free
toll-free support. They answered our phone calls and emails promptly.
So my friend, your comments about poor product Support certainly do
not apply to Webroot Spysweeper. Again, I am not promoting Webroot - I
am promoting Computing Safety which in turn needs getting rid of "old
wives tales" or just plain lying about security protection software.
Well, that may be taken as offense but is not and raises the question
rather that if you were to give your opinion - what do you recommend
to everyone as an adware/spyware catagory threats protection ?
How about Prevx ? Ever here of them ?
Prevx Home Anti-Malware: Next Generation Already Here ?
