SpywareBlaster - Error in Vista

Morning,

I have just had to do a re-install of Vista Ultimate and can't get
SpywareBlaster to run, each time I try i get 'run-time error 438'

The software ran fine on the previous install, can anyone point me in
the right direction to get it to work?
