Is HideWin a low-threat Trojan or legitimate freeware?

Anyone know if "hidewin" is a trojan or legitimate freeware?
    http://www.tawbaware.com/hidewin.htm

    TrendMicro's HousesCall 6.5 calls it TROJ_GENERIC
    But then says
"There is currently no more information available for this malware...
General information about this type of malware.
This is the Trend Micro generic detection for low-threat Trojans."

Is HideWin a low-threat Trojan or legitimate freeware?

HideWin's been around since 2002 or so. My guess is that it's a
    false positive.
