    Mystery "Windows Security" Tab...

I found a very odd tab on my computer. When I press the Start button
then looked under the run 'tab', there was a 'tab' That said "Windows
Security" and maybe another word right next to it and then a gold
Padlock Icon. Well, I got curious and clicked it, it disappeared and now
I'm wondering what the hell that was. I've never seen it before until
today. Does anyone know what that was about? Thanks
