Counterspy calling Windows Updates a Trojan

Yesterday, while installing several Windows updates (security updates for
IE6, XML Core, Office, and XP) Counterspy warned me that "Windows Update was
trying to install a trojan"- asking if I wanted to allow it.

I'm sure these are OK, and have contacted Sunbelt to inquire about the odd
behavior, but wondering if any other users experienced the same thing.

The Experts at Sunbelt have replied thus:

"CounterSpy's Active Protection monitors are falsely identifying a
windows update as a trojan. You will need to disable active protection then
run your windows update again. Once the updates are complete you can
    re-enable active protection.

    I apologize for the inconvenience."
