    Hi Shaggy......

Thanks for pointing me to Tom's explanation. I will re-read it in the
morning. He is *the guru* for OE and IE.

I have been a tad suspicious that one of those 2 programs (CDClone or
Nero) just might come from other than the manufacturer's site. I use
Nero 6 on here and did have CD Clone on my old machine. They caused no
    problems with eZ Trust.

    Re: Popups will not stop

I want to thank everybody for their help. Things are much better now.

The SuperAntiSpyware program found 10 times more problems than Spybot,
Adaware and a couple others I used. I did not see SuperAntiSpyware listed
    under SpywareWarrior though(?).
Running all the programs in Safe mode, and manually deleting registry
entries for Smitfraud-C and a manual deletion of Registry Cleaner 2006 did
    the trick for now.

    What a battle. Thanks again.

You will find it on this page:
    http://spywarewarrior.com/asw-features.htm
    down under "Recommended Programs.

It won't be on the "Rogue" page, because it's not a rogue program.
